A Dozen Soulmates – Short Film

Two college students who don’t know each other yet are nearly perfect for each other in every way consistently come close to crossing paths for the first time.

This short film was produced as an official submission to 2024 Winterfilm XI Film Festival in Cincinnati, Ohio. For the festival, a theme and a prop were announced on January 1st, with a month dedicated solely to writing and pre-production. Filming was not allowed to start until February 1st, with a month to shoot and complete post-production, submitting the film on March 1st. This year’s prop was a compass, and the theme was “parallels.”

The film was nominated for four awards including "Best Film," "Best Screenplay," "Best Production Design," and "Best Female Supporting Actor."
