Hung by a Rubbish Hangman

Northern England, 1963. A man on death row, insistent of his innocence, is unwilling to meet his fate at the gallows.

Originally a filmed component for PURE Theatre’s production of Martin McDonagh’s Hangmen, directed by Mark Landis. This version was turned into a short film by Keller Hollingsworth, and won first place at the 18th Annual College of Charleston Student Film Festival.
